Issue: Phones are not ringing, just one rings. Main number does not ring ((470) 210-3171)
Troubleshooting:
Multiple tests didn't even reach the user's voicemail when calling from InContact. I did a test calling her from the RC app and it did work. The failed tests do not appear on the reports in the account.
