Issue:
- need to adjust call handling that he just created
- customer set up a call queue for auto receptionist
- he wants that when ext 103 didn't answer it will be forwarded to another ext and if still no answer it will forward the call to ext 103 voicemail
Troubleshooting:
- create call queue : North Dakota
- add ext 103 and 110 to call queue
- if no one answer on the queue, send voicemail to another ext 103
- call disconnected while doing the test call
- CB customer incid 456698974967
- was able to reach the customer
- but said that he will just CB to continue TS because he will be in a meeting in few minutes
