Issue: The cx is calling because the name on the caller ID is showing a wrong name so she needs to fix that scamlikely
Troubleshooting: I verified the CALLER ID name on the company info on the admin portal but it was set up properly. We changed the caller ID numbers for each extension and performed a test call and still get the same issue. I also thought she may have tagged the number as spam but she told me she made test calls to 5 different phones and they all got the same Caller ID after that, she told me she would not need my help anymore because she has another specialist by email and hung up I tried calling her back to confirm she did not need my help anymore but did not a response from her caller id's: 458853225056 458853226690
