Issue:
1. Customer wants to delete 2 not activated 113 users from the admin portal
-Sign in to the RingCentral online account as an admin Go to Users > User List > Users with Extensions in the Admin Portal.
-Tick the checkboxes beside the user extensions you want to delete.
-Click the Delete button or the more icon at the far right of any extensions you want to delete, then select Delete.
-Choose to move the Phone Number assigned to a user to the inventory
2. Customer wants to change the password on ext 107 to access messages
-Click on the user operator name> user details> Security> change password
-
3. Customer cant access the super super admin extension in admin portal
-On ring central.com> sign in> forgot password.
