Issue: The customer wanted to create a call queue for a new phone number.
Troubleshooting: I walked the customer through some steps to create a call queue. I told him first to add the new number because his account was not allowed to have more than 4 lines. Next, I told him to go to Phone systems, Groups, Call Queue, but he said he already remembered how to continue without help, or that if he needed more he would contact us again.

Issue: Customer is not able to send or receive SMS notifications.
Troubleshooting: I walked the customer through users and then I told him to go to notifications, and notifications of messages, and then he had to click on the squares to enable the features in order to receive messages, but he couldn't to add his RC number. I tried to do it by my end, with his authorization but I was not able either.
At the end I provided to him with the RC support web and he said he would tried to fix by his own.
