Issue: customer cannot call the number that have uruguay area code
uruguay are code 598. Any number that they dial from uruguay with the area code 598 is not working. The 8283930841 is the number that cannot make the call.
Troubleshooting:
-advise the customer to try to call the number using his ringcentral number his extension is 102 and hes getting the same error message
-check extension 101 via portal and he doesn't have digital line
-advise customer about white listing
-sent an email about the agreement form for whitelisting
-will wait for the response of the customer via email

Issue: Customer said that when the extension 102 direct number received the call the other person cannot hear the 102. Customer is not using any desk phone. They are using the ringcentral application on the computer

Troubleshooting:
-uninstall and reinstall the ringcentral application
-customer can hear the other party but the other party cannot hear him
-as per customer Issue started mid october customer cannot provide exact date
-happening to all of the calls he received
- when the extension 102 make an outbound the other line can hear them, refer to sample 3
-customer didnt make any changes to the network
