Pt given min verbal cues for proper exercise execution to increase functional task performance. Pt instructed in safe gait training, on even surfaces, w/ 2WW, to increase functional independence during ambulation. Pt given min tactile cues for proper AD turning and proper BLE pivot turning to increase functional task performance. Pt in safe supine<>sit at EOB to facilitate independent bed mobility. Pt given mod verbal and tactile cues for proper BUE and BLE placement and sequencing to increase functional task performance. Pt instructed in safe sit<>stand from EOB<>FWW to increase functional mobility during transfers. Pt given min verbal cues for proper BUE and BLE placement to decrease risk of falls. Pt instructed in safe sit<>stand from EOB<>FWW to increase functional mobility during transfers. Pt given min verbal cues for proper BUE and BLE placement to decrease risk of falls. Pt instructed in safe sit<>stand from EOB<>FWW to increase functional mobility during transfers. Pt given min verbal cues for proper BUE and BLE placement to decrease risk of falls. Pt agreeable to tx and actively participates in skilled tx interventions. Caregiver present for tx, and Pt agreeable to remain in W/C after skilled tx interventions.
