Issue: People call and get a weird prompt. When you call Main Number you get rings after 7 rings saying all agents are busy please leave a voicemail.
SMS Messaging works only for one user's ext 105, other users can not. Since 3 weeks ago.
Troubleshooting: Set Voicemail greeting (work hours) for call queue ext. 106. Advise to send the TCR form.
