Issue: Cust called in asking for porting number 5182513663 getting an error

walked cust on how to create a port in request but getting "The phone number you entered cannot be transferred at this time. If you still would like to have the number work with your RingCentral service, you may forward your calls from your current number to your RingCentral account."
when he called yesterday he was told to call Frontier by the prev rep
"-- clarified with Nicole of NTD and this is a Frontier account
-- this is one of the RingCentral partners
-- advised the customer to contact the Frontier Account Manager"
but cust was told that hi AM has already taken care of it.
as per FS transfer to Frontier sales.
called Frontier T2 for help but no avail was told to call Frontier support to have them create a case to be escalated to them. told rep that I just took chance bec no one was answering on the other end.
was told by TL to contact AM and copy email on case comments and monitor the the case.
chatted James Finn (AM) and was told that he opened a case for this.
