Still getting "no service " on the phone
Tried bypass the network extender and advise customer to connect it wired to his router
Customer said that it is not possible as its too far away from the phone

Advise him that if he wants the phone to be replaced, they'll have to get a new one

Set expectations that the only way to isolate if its a problem with the phone or with the network is to connect it directly to modem or router, or to a different network
