Issue: when extensions 103 places a call on hold the other extensions are not able to pickup the line. This issue has been happening after thanksgiving on November 28th
Troubleshooting: (steps taken to address the issue) I checked on the account presence for every user to check that the option to pick up call on hold be enabled but every user was set up correctly and I will be making a call back on Monday to try to fix the issue
