Resolution: Advise user to resend the fax.
advise user that we have tried to re-send the fax 3 times but didn't get any respond from the reciever
user was able to send the fax
Note: explained to the user that they don't have Digital Line to place external outbound call
-advise user that they will need to assign the a vailable license in the account
-user said that they already have the Digital Line before
-checked account history and unable to see if there's a downgrade of digitAL line in the account
-user wants to discuss the account plan with the account manager
