Troubleshooting: (steps taken to address the issue)
Log in to the RingCentral account.
Go to Admin Portal > Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > IVR Settings.
Click Custom Rule under Custom Answering Rules.
Click Add Rule.
Enter a descriptive name for the rule, then click Next. Example: Thanksgiving.
Click on Date and/or Time, then select Specific Date Range. Set the Date and Time when the rule will be applied, then click Next.
Select Bypass greeting to go to Extension, then click Select Extension.
Select the Messages-Only extension for this holiday schedule, then click Done.
