edu cust that when his main line is texted, only he can recv the text since his ext is the operator ext
edu cust that its only one mailbox per RC account.
we could add the ext as recvrs on notification that there is a text message.
and user would have to ask him everytime./ cust declined.
edu cust on custom rule.
whne custom rule is activated it will take over the settings on auto receptionist.
cust has a custom rule activated with numbers that his clients call and will go to a call que group ext 5.
told cust that he could create another custom rule for main number and other numbers when called by their clients and will go to ext 4 Rogers Office.
