Issue: On Dec 19 she send out the TCR form and still does not have the SMS-enabled
Troubleshooting: I searched for her company name on our spreadsheet and the form was completed and approved also the SMS was enabled so I advised the customer to make a test on her text messages and she told me was working properly. Advice the customer if she encounters any issues in the future to call us back
