Troubleshooting: I was able to guide the customer to change his pin number and explain him how the call handling of the account works and how he can change the account settings, then customer was asking some questions about his poly phone that I was unable to understand and the customer got upset and requested a supervisor so while I was trying to contact a supervisor for him the call got disconnected
