- call customer back 197873360021
- customer would like to set up another voicemail to (800) 452-7919
- advised 7071 is on the same setting 7919
- customer is unable to access admin portal website
: allow me to make the changes for her
- advised need to set up another email
- customer want me to set up the voicemail
- sent voicemail recording via email
- downloaded voicemail sent by the customer
- created message only extension 7 for the new voicemail
- set 7919 number to message only extension
- did a test call and was able to hear the new recording
- advised about the support website
- unable to inform about case closure since customer hang up
- sent email for close closure
