Issue: When the customers call her main company number the calls are only ringing for ext 102 and she also needs the IVR Menu like this key 1 goes to ext 104/ Key 2 goes to ext 102 / and key 3 goes to ext. 101, 103, 105.
Troubleshooting: I was able to gather information for the account and from the issue, even tho the customer did not want my help because she says she has called 10 times and we haven't been able to solve her issue and she requested a supervisor
