Thank you for patiently waiting, Morgan. Looking into your account, I can see that the bill that you were able to pay was for the two separate bills which will due on the 17 June 2022. I do see here that you were able to pay it on July 07 however, please know that a new bill has already generated and that bill covers the billing cycle 08 July 2022 - 07 August 2022. It's been a pleasure assisting you today, Keith. I just want to share that MyAccount allows you to view your bills and usage and manage your accounts online. For technical concerns, you can go to the Service Centre within MyAccount to check the status of your broadband and/or telephone service.
