Dear Naima, I believe you have not investigated the case so let me give you a little overview. This number was activated on Muhammad Saeed's name as a normal Postpaid in 2017 and has been on his name ever since. Later, it was converted to a Franchise demo line. So yes, demo line belongs to FID 7218 but the number belongs to Muhammad Saeed the original owner. On 26 Sep 2022 FID 7218 got the username changed by miss use of the SOP. I hope you’ll understand the case now and will support to revert the ownership back to its rightful owner.
