When checking the closed hours on Auto-receptionist it was found that the calls were set to go to ext 131 which is a user.
Configurations set for the account:
Schedule is :
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 Pm
Incoming calls on Auto-receptionist are supposed to be routed to ext 113.
After-hours are supposed to be routed to 131.
They are Saturdays and Sundays off.
