Checking for IP address to see if they have internet connection
I sent to them a link with the information on how to look for the IP address: The answer back saying that it is difficult to find it, and that there is no IP only DNS, external IP and Secondary DNS.
I avised them to reboot the phones, so I sent them a link to show them how to do that.
