I was unable to log into my paystub, the text verification was going to the landline, my employer tried to uodate, it did not work, he then denied me access and re-did my information, howver when it said create a new account, it said I was already a user. It is finally working now and Cesar was wonderful assiting me!!
1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Online Payroll Help.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.
