I've scan through your bill and here's what I have. I can see here that your billing period 15 May 2022 - 14 June 2022 with a due date of 20th May 2022 was paid on the 2nd of June. Since this paid late, the admin fee was carried out on the next bill. Your billing period 15 June 2022 - 14 July 2022 has the admin fee from your last bill. So you were charged £38.50. This bill is due on the 24th of June 2022. However, you paid it on the 30th. So, what happened is that, you were again charged for an admin fee for this bill which will reflect on your next bill. Here comes the billing period of 15 July 2022 - 14 August 2022. This is again at £38.50 because of the last bill that you weren't able to pay on time.
