Issue: I do not want missed calls to show on the desktop phone. How can I turn that off?
Resolution: explained to the user that it is a normal behavior that they will see a missed call in their deskphone as the call is coming from call queue and it is set to ring all call queue member at once.

Issue: Over 180 calls today we recived busy signals for.
Note: User provided some numbers that they are having issue placing an outbound call
checked the numebrs and almost all the number is from T-Mobile
user mentioned that they are made 1000 call today
educate user that it's possible that the carrier is blocking their number and tagging the number as spam due to the multiple call they are placing on the same carrier
