My Journal to the project "creative simple cooking"

Hello there, my name is Rinny. I come from Indonesia and live right now in Germany where I work at the hospital as a surgical nurse. today, I want to share about my project "creative simple cooking" for the next 6 months. This project is about how to cook simply and it doesn't take so much time to do it. It started when me my sister and her husband wanted to team up and make our own business. My brother-in-law came with his idea of cooking because he loves it since he was a child. We want to make something different creatively. so, now We just started to make these things happen. Today I have time to call my brother-in-law to discusse about this project. I'm actually really happy to be a part of it and can't wait to see the day of tomorrow. I searched for the idea of cooking on the internet and just found out on the Skillshare website. There I found some inspirational people that really inspire me. One of them is Kellis. She is a chef, songwriter, designer, and entrepreneur. Her idea about souces is really brilliant and I really appreciate it. We wanted to make souces like what she did but in my own different flavor and some ingredients that make it more unique. As you know Indonesia has so much history, culture, and Technik that make it more special, so basically, we want to mix it with the German-style, and I know it would be interesting to you! why the souces?
