Issue: Port number from RC to Spectrum.
The request was rejected because of the authorized name mismatch. They say they have sent the request with both super admin names.
Troubleshooting:
The customer has a port out request that was rejected because of a mismatch on the authorized name, they have 2 admins and they say they tried with both names and it did not work. I told them that the winning carrier needs to do the porting request because I don't see the port out case. There is one but that one is not because the error was in the address and they say that one is old and they already corrected it.
An agent from Spectrum says she sent it on Friday.
