#Background#: Callers were trying to join a conference call but they're getting a prompt saying that their access codes were invalid.
#Problem / Issue description# When either a host or a participant tries to join a conference call, they're getting a prompt saying that the access code is invalid.

#Troubleshooting steps so far#
conference force restart via SCP-tested not working
checked SW if the user is entering correct participant and hosts code
performed test call but encounter same error.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.)Caller with Caller ID (949) 461-13391 dialed the conference number (267) 930-4000
2.) Caller entered Participant Code(386177)
3.) Caller receive error message code is incorrect
#Actual behavior#
Getting a prompt saying that the access code is invalid even if the one used is the same with the one on the user extension/s.
Expected Behavior: User should be able to access the conference call without any issue.
