My host and participant passwords do not work all of a sudden, how can I fix this?

Steps to Reproduce: 1.)Caller with Caller ID (949) 461-13391 dialed the conference number (267) 930-4000 2.) Caller entered Participant Code(386177) 3.) Caller receive error message code is incorrect #Actual behavior# Getting a prompt saying that the access code is invalid even if the one used is the same with the one on the user extension/s. Expected Behavior: User should be able to access the conference call without any issue. #Workaround# : NA #Technical logs
